Drop off and pick-up
For the good of the community, please consider:
- Pulling forward as far as possible when dropping off children in the curb cutout area.
- Drop off and pickup in front must happen on our side of the street only. Children should not cross the street in the traffic area.
- For pickup, if the car line goes past our parking lot, please pull into the lot (please open the gate if you are first).
- Please park parallel to the black bench closest to the street and line up cars in a straight line all facing south. I’ll try to be out there for a few days to provide guidance.
- When the bell rings the gate closes and no more cars can enter.
- Children enter cars from the school side. Cars pull out the exit closer to Randolph and no children should cross the traffic line to enter cars in the lot.
- Children should not open car doors until vehicles come to a full stop.

Henry Aerts has been chosen for the student of the month for March. He was nominated because of his responsibility, his dedication to his work, his example for others, and his fun sense of humor. Henry is someone who brings a bit of joy into the classroom each day. He is involved in many activities, both at school and as extra-curriculars. In all he does, he strives to do his very best. Whether it is taking on a challenging task, or even something as simple as passing out papers to the class, he always does his job with a positive attitude.
In school, Henry is involved in junior high choir, chess cub, Saint Teresa's basketball team, junior high band, honor band, and Math Counts. He is also an altar server and a reader at daily Masses. He has been a member of honor roll, showing that he still dedicates time to his studies even in the midst of all his other involvement.
Henry demonstrates his leadership skills outside of school as he dedicates his time to basketball, baseball, football, dirt biking, and golf. He also volunteers at St. Teresa Thrift Store and Catholic Social Services.
When Henry is not busy his with many activities, he enjoys various hobbies such as playing bass guitar, playing some video games, or listening to any kind of music.
Henry works hard to be a well-rounded 8th grade student. He is very deserving of the student of the month for March!
